Server / Waiter
To take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons; Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems; Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Bartender
To mix and serve drinks to customers, either directly from patrons at the bar, or through servers who place drink orders for guests.
Bar Back
Assists set up / break down of bar(s); Replenishes bar.
Coat Check Attendant
Checks in / out coats and bags for guests.
Host
To greet guests as they arrive; Seat guests at tables.
Cashier / Customer Service Rep
To ring up purchases; Stock items; Assist customers.
Barista
To expertly prepare coffee, tea, and hot beverages for guests.
Cook
Prepares and cooks food.
Kitchen Assistant
Position held by our Service Staff who is comfortable working in kitchens to assist with plating or displaying food, as directed by Chef or Captain. Tasks may include basic culinary skills, such as washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, plating, and light cooking.
Sanit / Porter / Bathroom Attendant
Responsible for sanitation, cleaning and / or restocking restroom amenities.
